I've read a few articles speculating that one reason women live longer than men is that they have stronger networks of friends and tend to confide in their female friends and receive support during tough times. The world is so hectic it can be tough getting together, but worth it. By the way, as someone who's had a lot of psychotherapy, that can be an excellent investment as well!!!
